Work With A Personal Life Coach

Maryville University is invested in the success of every student, both while at university and after graduation. Maryville understands that the college experience can be a little daunting at times, especially for international students, so that’s why they provide professional advisers. Each first-year student works closely with a life coach who is their guide and mentor. Each student will receive personal guidance for important academic and career decisions, and are also helped with their transition into the Maryville community. The life coaches serve as a student’s confidante when questions develop and are a source of support when concerns arise. Of course, the coaches will also be eager to celebrate their student’s successes.

All residence halls are equipped with modern amenities and have programs and services that cater to the academic and social needs of the students. The university also has a stellar dining facility. Get Involved

Every September, Maryville University takes a day off from classroom learning to give back to the greater St. Louis area. Maryville Reaches Out is an annual event -  it is a day when students, faculty, staff, and alumni are encouraged to share their time and talent in community service. Students engage in a variety of service opportunities exemplifying Maryville’s commitment to integrating civic engagement with academic pursuits, and promoting social responsibility as a way of life.

Maryville Reaches Out is only one of the many ways to engage with fellow students. With over 100 student clubs and organisations, there is so much to do. And, if you don’t find an organisation that fits – the university will help you start one.
