MIT is the best place in the world to receive a rigorous educationAdmissions are the closest to the ideal meritocracy for any top university. The work is challenging but satisfying. The students are extremely bright and motivated. It is in Cambridge, Mass! The arts are emphasized despite its overwhelming emphasis on pure and applied math and science. You never stop being involved with MIT long after graduation.
