          • 1991-1996, Bachelor of Arts (BA)

I was fortunate to grow up only 30 minutes from UNC-A, yet when I started school there, it felt as though I had landed on the other side of the planet. For the first time, I was able to explore ideas and creative expression with like-minded individuals, which created a deepened awareness of myself and the world around me. The professors both challenged and encouraged me to be and do my best, and my academic advisor was extremely supportive as I navigated through three majors before I found one that fit. I consider my time at UNC-A a life-changing experience, and I would recommend the school to anyone who wants to expand their horizons in any and every direction.

          • 2004-2007, Bachelor of Arts (BA)

As a student at UNCA I was in a community of creative, open-minded thinkers and inspiring individuals. My Liberal Arts Degree provided me with a broad perspective, which has opened several doors to interesting opportunities in many different fileds including language teaching, PR and event management, and International relations. I still keep in touch with my Professors, and I'm proud to say that I attended UNCA. Plus, the city of Asheville is a great place to live!

          • 2007-2011, Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)

I LOVED attending UNCA for my undergraduate. From the start, I felt as if the small community environment helped me to find the career path I was looking for. With small class sizes, approachable professors and a variety of student activities/organizations, I felt at home at UNCA.
