          • 2009-2014, Bachelor of Arts (B.A.)

After having already attended a year at Wilfred Laurier I decided to look for a better fit. I was accepted into a number of great schools such as Western, UFT, Ryerson etc., but I knew York was the place for me. Out of all the universities I looked at they had the greatest selection of courses for example not many schools offered ASL. I have had so many great opportunities, made so many great connections, and met so many great people in my three years of psychology at York, and now that I am graduated I can't wait until I start the nursing program at York this year. Once again I had other options for school, but York will always be my first choice. Some other benefits to York: -lots of transit options on Campus (yrt, viva, TTC, go bus) -central location -not that long to downtown by transit -multicultural (very culturally diverse) -people are friendly, easy to make friends -great teachers -one of the most accommodating schools you will ever attend -great ...

York is host to hundreds of micro-communities on campus, from cultural clubs to charities to volunteering to common interests.
